I took my silver box chain here to have it fixed. I've taken a bracelet here once before. The guy then fixed it for me right there which I liked cause I always get nervous when they send things away that you will never see it again. This time they said they had to send it away to get fixed. The guy, Nick, wasn't very friendly. I didn't really want to send it away but he already had it in an envelope and was handing me a claim ticket before I could say never mind so I felt obligated. Of course my worst dream came true,when I picked it up, it wasn't my chain. It was a cheesy thinner chain. My chain said "Mex" for Mexico on the clasp. This one did not. Having no choice but to accept it, I wore it for a week, woke up this morning and it broke off in my sleep. I literally threw it in the garbage. I'm not gonna take the chance of losing my favorite charm. Congratulations One Stop. You ripped me off. Hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.
