I have been going to Berkeley Family for several years now, and I have seen almost all of their doctors and nurses. Today I went in and was greeted by a nurse who immediately gave me the impression she was having a bad day and didn't want to deal with me. Then Dr. Santi came in my room and he also had a look of displeasure and loathing on his face. Both acted as if they hate their jobs or as if they were both having a really bad day. I was disgusted with their attitude towards me and I left having not been diagnosed at all and out $68 for the visit. This has been the normal treatment I've received from Berkeley Family over my last 3 or 4 visits. I've only went their due to it being close to my home, but I will no longer go there and I would not recommend anyone going there. They also mis-billed me one time and it took 5 months and about 10-12 phone calls to clear it up.

This place has dead bugs everywhere. Horrible bedside manner. Will never go back.

I have been seeing Dr. Ackemann and Dr. Wilhoit for years. I love both of them. I recommend them to anyone looking for healthcare services. If its something they feel you need to see a specialist they will refer you. Very comfortable and professional environment. Everyone is very friendly and I send all my friends and family to BFP.
