Very disappointed in his service. He said he would do a complete move and set up but i had to keep calling him like a child to make sure things got done. I was so disgusted when i finally was able to get the water tap he wouldn't answer my calls to get it done for me. by that time he kept begging me for payment three times so i had paid him off and ended up having to pay someone else to do the water line to the home. He broke my vinyl corner frames on my home and rain has leaked through for two months now. he has never come back to fix them and i just put the skirting on myself because i am so disgusted in how unprofessional he was. I cant believe Berkeley County moving permits gives out his information with all the bad reviews Ive seen online about him.

HORRIBLE !!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY. First of all, he literally broke into our mobile home because he needed something inside to use. He did not have permission. Next, he put a hole in the septic tank then cut the electric wires at the box instead of doing it properly. He then got the home stuck in the mud and the whole thing was tilted 20 degrees and he LEFT IT LIKE THAT OVERNIGHT. Lots of structural damage inside and outside on home. I'm not done yet. He gouged the home outside

in the front on both sides. One side was a very long and deep hole that went all the way through to the inside. To add insult to injury, he just dropped it off and never came back. Will not answer calls. I wouldn't even give him a ONE star rating.....I would give him a negative 5 if I could. I have reported him to proper authorities and found out that I am not the first. I am working with the authorities to make sure I am the last.

Good luck with this dude. Called him Thursday morning for a price on moving a mobile home. He took all my info. He told me he would be there by Saturday afternoon. Called him again Friday to ask him to call me on his way so I could meet him..he said ok. Sunday morning I called him again to say if I did not hear from him by Sunday afternoon I would have to move on. He never called me or went to give me a price. Because of him and every other dealer in the area that would not return calls I had to forfeit the trailer. Thanks for nothing!

Chavis movers moved my single wide today they did a great job helped more then they had to, great costumer service. And we have had a lot of homes moved in the past, mr chavis was the best by far. Thank y'all I recommend this company
