These guys did a wonderful job on my vehicle. They are honest, they not only tell you the problem but they take the time to show you where the problem is; if it can be seen. If they cannot show you they like to draw a picture as well as making sure they put it in a way you understand... with that being i also like the fact that if it is a part that they can repair they will take the time to repair the part. Most places just want to go ahead and replace the whole part which would have cost me 400 plus labor and a system reboot which costed as well... instead they order the component that was bad and replaced it costing only 40, that further should tell someone they are not lazy mechanics and they obviously know what they are doing to take a part break it down and repair it. I love these guys and would recommend them to anybody, especially if you dont have a whole lot of money to throw away. The only thing i could say that was an issue with me was the fact that, that was my only vehicle and it took them some time to repair the part, due to them waiting on the parts, not to mention they only buy part that is top of the line; but once they received the parts it took them maybe 30 minutes to repair the part in my truck. Another thing i like is even though it took them a long time to repair my truck they never added more $$ for labor!!! They give you a price, you pay, and pick up with no hassle about more money because of this or that. They also keep their cool while dealing with an impatient person like myself. I was calling or showing up there almost everyday saying "is my truck ready?" They did not fuss they simply said "no Ms Jones we waiting on parts" and they always kept a smile on their face and if i called his tone did not sound as if he was annoyed. Not only that i like the fact they took the time to remember my name... what mechanic does that??? Go to these guys whey are honest and we need more mechanics like them.!!
