After 20+ years and many thousands of dollars, I have made my last visit to this establishment.
Had an emergency this morning, called to let them know we were on the way, then arrived and we were told to have a seat and wait. I watched 3 routine appointments be taken back while my extremely sick, emergent dog sat in the waiting room. I had to express my frustrations in the presence of their other customers to get my dog assessed. I was told they were very busy and it might be a better idea if I took my pet to another vet.
After all of the time and money I have invested as a customer here, I would expect better treatment during an emergency. Apparently they have expanded to the point that they are too busy to be concerned about losing their loyal customers.
Please do yourself and your pets a favor and find a CARING vet office. It most certainly isn’t Lakeside.
