I am very happy with my service there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have a young son, so when he gets sick, I love that I am able to bring him in to see an expert right away, when my pediatrician is unavailable. I have already been there 3-4 times and each time my needs were met. On several occasions, the nurse practitioners even called the next day to check in on my son. When I have a follow up with my pediatrician, he always seems to be happy with the treatment they have given him. For situations where I cannot see my regular doctor or pediatrician, this center is great solution.

I have been to this medical center three times and they are wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I think it's wonderful i can go here instead of driving all the way to Orland, where my children's physician is. Also, i have gone for myself when i tore my ACL and they were great. Never had a problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Went to the clinic as a convenience because it was a Saturday & my dr. was not open. I was treated inappropriately and now have side effects that will take weeks at a specialist to correct. Any understanding from Riverside as a whole has been limited. (We'll pay for your visit). Thank you, appreciated, but what about all the time I've lost at work and the specialist fees? Do not go here!

I would tell my best friend to stay away. I had an unbelievable experience. If my best friend came here I would feel sorry that she had not been warned. Even though there are no MDs on staff here, I expected to get someone who knew a little bit about medicine or would at least admit they had no knowledge of how to treat me. Instead I am faced with multiple visits to a specialist to repair what they mistreated. Travel a little farther to get someone who will help you instead of making you sicker,
