Looks like I'm not the only one to write a bad review about Gary Spencer TRASH services. What a nasty, rude person!!! They just discontinued my trash service because I didn't TIE my trash bags!?! Ummm it's TRASH. it goes into a garbage truck where the bags are SMASHED and the trash comes out of the bags. He decided to insult me by having a conversation about the TWO bags in my trash can and then was going to have a conversation with me about some guidelines while my baby was playing in the yard. I live ON the lake and I have to keep a close eye on her so she doesn't go down to the water THEN got mad when I walked away and took my trash can with him. He is a NASTY person and is on A HUGE POWER TRIP!!! How rude!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and incompetent. Won't return your calls, then when they do known one knows anything and they all tell you something different every time you talk to them. Somehow found out where I worked and call them. Told some secretary they were going to garnish my wages over 60 bucks because they wouldn't remove the trash from my property after I canceled there crappy service. Trash can been sitting in my yard for 6 months now. Said I owed them for it just sitting there. How are you going to threaten a single mom of two and call your self a grown man. Grow up gary.

Absolutely unprofessional and have completely ridiculous guidelines!!!! Empty box? Better crush it up and make sure its tied in a bag? Rainstorm? Better not have any water in the can or they will suspend your trash service!!! Need another company in the area.
