Not at all happy! I went there this morning for a pedicure and the woman doing it cut the skin around my nail enough to make it bleed. I yelped in pain but she didn't apologize. When she poured some substance on it that felt like battery acid and I complained she just laughed and said 'that doesn't hurt" It DID hurt lady - it hurt a LOT! I stopped the pedicure at that point and to add insult to injury they tried to charge me full price!! I was prepared to pay for what had been done but not what hadn't - especially when I limped out bleeding! The woman then tried to have an argument with the when I didn't leave her a tip! I have been going there for years but I wont go back after this!
