I hired Willie Beltran to repair or replace my bathroom floor that was rotting. He came down to see the floor and determined that only a piece of it needed to be replaced. The first day he cancelled at the last minute, the next day he was several hours late. While here I asked him to repair two doors hat were off their hinges. When he finished the floor, I expressed to him the fact that it did not meet the other part and he stated that it was because the house shifted. There were also areas that did not meet at the wall. He stated he was bringing flooring and molding which he did not so that the floor was also left exposed. Neither of the two doors now stay closed, one being an outside back door. I spoke to Willlie several times and he stated he was coming to repair the situation. He has not called o shown up even though he promised to. From what I can see this company is a sham.
