We spent over $8,000 there and they sold us a faulty table with sharp corners.. They refused to return until after weeks of arguing they admitted 3 others had also been returned.. Weeks later a Lane chair we bought broke.. They told me it was under warranty and there would be any problems. It took them a month to pick it up. They had it for well over a month supposedly working on it.. Then told me nothing was wrong with it, yet one side if the chair drags on the ground and the other side is raised. The owners daughter informed me that I was 'making up problems in my mind' which I'm not sure what I would have to gain.. In the end we got screwed by Vickroys and you will too. Be careful!

This company is very unprofessional! Beware. We purchased a mattress from Vickroy's & they delivered a stained mattress. We were told by the guy who delivered it we would get a new & he was sorry for the inconvenience. However, when we call to speak to owner Rick, he said he could come by & try to remove the stain. UNEXCEPTABLE!! When we told him we were told we'd get a new one which is the correct and professional thing to do he was put off by us and said it would cost him money and gas to bring us a new one. Unbelievable! He literally acted as though it were our fault and our problem. After much arguing, he finally agreed to deliver a new. Now I'm very worried about how they plan to honor their warranty if we have any other problems with the mattress. We've learned our lesson, we will NEVER buy from them again & we don't recommend anyone else do it either. -pissed in Galesburg
