I recently stayed at the Court...

I recently stayed at the Courtesy Inn. Two hours after I got there and went to sleep. I woke up to a turned of TV that was hissing and bellowing in SMOKE, I mean the whole room was full. Worst of all THE FIRE ALARM WAS NOT GOING OFF!!!! I border line had reason to sue them. So I open the door and call the office where I am told well we will give you another room. I explained how their fire alarms hadn't went off and I could have died if I hadn't woke up. I asked politely for my money back because I DID NOT FEEL SAFE at there Hotel. He told me after a half hour there wasn't a damn thing he could do about. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me, "IM NOT GONNA DO THAT, HE WOULD JUST FIRE ME, AND NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! DON'T STAY THERE!!!!!

$78 for what????

Room was clean, area was safe, staff was polite.



But I paid $78!!! No breakfast, no amenities, NO BATHTUB!?!?!?!?



I realize they can charge whatever they want, because if you want to stay in Monmouth, they're the only motel.

I left something in the room and they did not call me to tell me so. Then when I asked them to send it to me I had to send them $10.



I've had much more hospitable service from hotels that charge much less.



Yeah, I'll go back, IT'S THE ONLY MOTEL!!
