MPDO is a mill where kids are shuffled through in a factory setting. The bottom line is the priority. My daughter had a tooth extraction to make room to prevent ortho in the future. I was not told until after the extraction that our ins would cover none of the bill. I had always received quotes before the procedure. In this case, I got none. It was left to the hygienist to tell me after that I had "some fees." I was sent back to talk to the billing admin. As my daughter's gums were beginning to bleed and the anesthetic wore off, I was told I had to pay for a cosmetic procedure or make arrangements on the spot. We decided to dispute the charges. Many months, collection letters, and phone calls later, my husband spoke to billing- it turns out they had mis-typed the insurance number and our insurance did cover 75% of the bill. We gladly paid the rest of the bill. It is clear from the billing issue that everyone was more concerned with collecting a fee than with my daughter's well being.

We just brought our 3 year old for his first checkup and we love this place! Not only is the office set up with a very kid friendly relaxed atmosphere but all the staff was super friendly also. I would highly recommend bringing your child here. We had Erica for our hygienist she was like the Mary Poppins of hygienist!!

We have been coming to Madison Pediatric Dental for 20 years and all six of my kids have loved the movie theater atmosphere. Dr Wilson along with his staff have made the trip a pleasant one. From the smiles and ease of scheduling help of Lynn, Kristy and Armando it's just been a great place to bring my kids. I wish they worked in adults!!!

It is a JOY to go to Madison Pediatric Dental. My daughters enjoy the movie theater atmosphere and friendly staff and hygienists. It's so refreshing to say "let's go to the dentist" and have them be excited! Dr. Wilson is the absolute BEST! He cares so much for each of my girls and is so detailed in his work. My oldest daughter recently had some dental work done on one of her teeth (beyond the average check up) and Dr. Wilson made the tooth look beautiful. One would never know how this tooth looked before. His love for children and seeing BIG smiles on their faces is apparent! He sure got a BIG SMILE out of my girl that day (me, too!)!! I highly recommend Madison Pediatric Dental!

My son left with a split lip, became infected and had to go to the pediatrician for antibiotics. I agree with the other reviewer, they are rough. What's worse is that they told us everything would be covered by our insurance then a month later we get a huge bill. We will never go back.

The office was kid friendly, however, Dr. Keri was not. She was really rough and harsh with my son, both verbally and physically. She talked down to him in a sarcastic tone and had him physically held down in the chair to complete the exam. He was screaming and crying. I took him out of there as fast as possible and vowed never to go back to Dr. Keri again. I then found out that the office has a policy that once you start with a dentist you can not switch to a different dentist, even if the child has been traumatized. So now I will be leaving not only Dr. Keri but also the entire practice.

Dear 2under2, We are very sorry that your experience at the office was not what you expected or deserved. We strive to make a difference in a child's dental visit. I am also sorry that someone told you that you can not switch dentists, that is inaccurate. We want to accomidate you and your child to have a great dental visit. If you would reconsider coming back to this office please give us a call and we can schedule you with another dentist. Again, we are very sorry for how your little boys visit went. Staff @ MPDO
