This bike was dropped off at a time when we were booked out two weeks for service. We informed the customer that we were booked out, he dropped the bike off and we scheduled him for the next available appointment. After one week he called to check and was informed that his appointment wasn't until the following week and we hadn't looked at it yet, he seemed confused for some reason. When the appointment came we found a cracked coolant overflow reservoir. We notified the customer of the problem and of the cost of the repair and he ok'd it. We proceeded to order a coolant overflow reservoir from Honda and being that it isn't a part that is ordered frequently Honda did not have one in the USA and had to send it direct from Japan. We have no control over how long an OEM manufacturer takes to get us a part, especially from overseas. When the reservoir arrived we made time that day (without an appointment) to install it and called the customer to which we were surprised to find he was very unhappy. We did everything we promised and even went out of our way for this customer. Needless to say we will not service his machines again.

I dropped off my 2004 CBR beca...

I dropped off my 2004 CBR because it had a small coolant leak. Informed the employee at the front desk that it was leaking coolant, and that I wanted a general tune up and the chain lubed. He made an me an appointment for two days later and said they would call after they had looked at it. A week later I called Premier Powersports to check on the status and they said "Yeah, we had a couple of half hour appointments turn into 3 hour appointments so we will look at it in two days and call you". 5 days goes by and still no call from them, so I called them again and got the same response. Another three days later I finally get a call and they inform me it was a cracked reserve coolant tank and that they can order from Honda that day and get it in three days and then install the day they get it. Eight business days later I call them and they say they received it that day, but now there are appointments ahead of mine so it won't be done until tomorrow. I finally pick it up after Premier Powersports had it for a whole month just to replace a coolant tank. They did not even do the general tune up I requested and when I confronted them as to why it took so long, the employees denied it saying it hadn't taken more than two weeks. They were very rude and defensive, knowing full well they had my motorcycle for a month as the date I dropped it off was on the receipt. There is nothing "Premier" about this place. I am not going there again and I would recommend you not to either.

Great place!

I will go here for all my motorcycle needs! Went there to put on a new set of tires, not only did they mount and balance for $40 a tire they also adjusted my clutch and throttle so they feel like a brand new bike without charging me. Just a great shop great guys. Oh and FYI they beat any online tire price by 5% if not more!
