We worked with Joe on our 11 month warranty checklist. He was very friendly and professional, making sure everything on our list was completed to our satisfaction. He checked in often with us and we are very happy with our beautiful home!

The build process went according to plan and the build completed a little earlier than expected. We were lucky to move into our new home and out of our temporary living solution. Overall, our experience was good and I would recommend WRH.

Great overall experience, and we love our new home!

We decided to build with William Ryan Homes while we were still living out of state, and the whole team was very accommodating with the process. We had to make our selections over FaceTime, and while extremely difficult, Brittany made the process go as smoothly as possible. Our home was completed within the timeframe we were told, and while there were some issues and things that needed to be fixed at closing, we were satisfied with how things were taken care of. I really want to give a shout-out to Joe. He handled our 11 month warranty claims, and he did a really great job. He took care of all of our issues quickly, and was very friendly. He went above and beyond, in our opinion. We’ve been in our home for a year now and love living in Stoner Prairie!

William Ryan Homes has been good to us throughout the whole building process. Everyone on the team has been easy to talk to, seemed genuinely concerned when we had an issue, and has done what we've asked. Joe did an especially great job with our 11 month warranty. We're very happy in our new home!

This company is unwilling to correct warranty problems with new homes. Nearly two years after completion of our homes numerous major items remain unresolved. They keep sending new representatives who make promises, with little or no follow-up. If you want a company committed to quality and customer service, look elsewhere.
