Buy nothing from this man! On the morning of my mother in laws funeral this so called florist calls to tell me he delivered flowers that were ordered to the church, the day before but there was nobody there so he left them outside. A few things about this:
1. The address to deliver was my mother in laws home address yet he decided to deliver where he wanted.
2. He was extremely rude, and I’m not talking a little bit, I’m talking a lot of rude.
3. He left flowers outside all night knowing they would be outside in 30° temps? What kind of florist is this?
4. I run to the church to get them out the cold and they are nowhere to be found? The florist has come and got them it looks like. And he says he is there for his customers?

Bottom line do your business anywhere else in the valley, this guy is as sad a florist and human being as you ever wanna meet. By the way these flowers were purchased by my Army coworkers for my mother in law and when I told him that he said he didn’t really care who bought them . So in my opinion just another reason to question a purchase from this guy, obviously he has no values or morals. All this on the day of the funeral.
Buyer beware.

Thank you for your condolences but a few of your statements are off.
You told me yourself this morning they were left outside and you were going to pick them up. If you decided to deliver somewhere else shouldn’t you of called me and told me that yesterday?? I guess the saddest part of this is I find out my mother in law did a lot of business with this store, I’m sure it was when the original owners were in charge, because she loved flowers and this is not what she would of liked or wanted. End of the day I will be telling everybody I know how you handled this today. I’ve dealt with business people all over the world in my job and have never dealt with a business owner so rude or uncaring.

This is a sad update but one to me post. This florist came and took the flowers from the church?

This has to be the worse flower shop in Pa, I would never order from them again. I made a special out of my way drive to Crall's to order flowers for me Mom's funeral... send them about (7) additions people, when we arrived at the funeral home, my flowers where the wrong color and had no bow like ordered... my brother were almost dead and looked nothing like what was on there website. We called ASAP, she was very RUDE, AND HATEFUL!!! She never offered any refund or adjustment to the flowers. Just said she would come and pick them up, when my family was viewing my Mom. This flower shop should NOT be in business as RUDE as they where... DO NOT SHOP THERRE!!

I ordered flowers for a birthday to be delivered on the same day. The order was never delivered and when I sent an email to complain I ended up getting a call from Crall's Flower Shop. This shop is partnered with "Tele-Floral" I assume and told me because "Tele-Floral" did not get back to them yesterday, they did not deliver the flowers and that my complaint is with them. Whoever I spoke with, a male, decided to hang up on me when I pointed out that this is a problem between their shop and "Tele-Floral" because I have no partnership with anyone.



All I did was go online and order flowers through Troys Florist to get a local store to deliver. But somehow I am at fault.



The people working at this shop are rude an only want to deflect and lay blame to other people instead of working through the situation.



My advice is to steer clear of this establishment and save yourself the hassle.

First when I went there, staff was rude and unhelpful. We Ordered a casket piece for my grandfather, and they sent a hideous, falling apart MESS. I called them from the funeral home and asked them to send a new piece between viewings. They asked if I wanted the piece pulled, and I said ABSOLUTELY NOT, as I didn't want to have an empty casket with my grandfather. They came to the funeral home and had the director pull it against my wishes in the middle of the viewing. Later they sent back a fuller, more organized, piece of crap. They left it on the floor of the funeral home and didn't tell anyone. They caused nothing but distress on an already hard day.

I would of have them no stars if I could. DO NOT EVER go to this. I cannot believe they are in business. Owners are as professional as a 2 yr old. Order flowers for wedding and they barely survived the reception and when I questioned them about it they tried giving me a hard and just being down right rude. Just don't waste your time please

Worst place. Ordered an arrangement for a funeral. They sent the wrong arrangement. Looked nothing like what i ordered. Then went on my first chance to complain after the funeral. Owner insulted me and then the family of the deceased. Said "well its too late hes already dead and buried" No one should ever have to deal with this especially 1 hour after a funeral. Don't waste your time money.

I WAS RECOMMENDED TO THIS SHOP BY THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR WHEN MY MOM PAST, I DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SHOP, BUT I WENT WITH THE FUNERAL DIRECTORS OPINION. I TOLD THE OWNER WHAT I WANTED AND WAS PLEASANTLY PLEASED WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE FUNERAL HOME THAT IT WAS MORE THAN I HAD EVEN EXPECTED. SHE DID EVERY THING SHE SAID AND MORE. WE RECEIVED SEVERAL MORE ORDERS FROM THIS SHOP FROM OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WERE EQUALLY AS PLEASED AS I WAS.

Crall's flower shop in Monongahela, PA has probably THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. You do not yell at your customers, ESPECIALLY when we were not even asking anything from them. They wanted nothing to do with us or our concerns. The flowers that come out of this shop are in extremely poor condition and most do not last more than a few days. I would NEVER EVER even consider flowers from this shop even if they were free.

I received a below standard arrangement on Valentines Day, February 14th. A card enclosed guaranteed satisfaction within 24 yours. I called well before the 24 hours the next day, on February 15th. Explained the problem. The person I spoke to said they were the manager but never gave me her name and she said she would check into it. Today, 18th of February. No response. Went to shop at 1:30. Closed! I do not recommend this florist. They do not stand behind product as stated. Left message on answering machine. Will request they never take orders to be delivered to me in the future. If I receive anything I will refuse. Their ad in yellow pages advertises "unique" arrangements. The arrangement I received was far from being unique! Second time in the last 4 or 5 years that I have gotten poor arrangements from this florist. Will report to Better Business as well.
