This company charged me for services they said they performed, but my surveillance system proves they never did . This company is dishonest and unethical. This company billed me for services they said they performed on February 20th, 2018. I went back to review my surveillance and realized they never came to my house on that day, the day before, or the day after. After, I called to complain, she told me technician signed off saying he had been to my house! I immediately told her to cancel my service and that will not be paying that bill. She told me I had to cancel in writing, so I sent them a certified letter which they never claimed and it was sent back to me. I tried several times to contact the owners Chris and Tanya Calhoun with no avail I just want to cancel my service and be done with this company with no balance

I have to say on my behalf I have no issues with them and will continue to use their services. Wonderful service and we have no complaints. Of course we have had several small issues but they have always showed up and handled them everytime. Very concerned about these negative and hateful comments in their direction. They really do sound like another company trying to give Avalon a bad Rep.

I had dealt with another company in the past. I always had ants inside that were just so hard to deal with. I decided it was time for a change and called Avalon. They came out and within their first treatment the ants were gone.... finally. They were eager to help me with this problem and told me if I had any problems before my next scheduled visit not to hesitate to call and they would come back out for free.

I had the most wonderful experience with the people that came to service my home. They are courteous, polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company for any service needed.
