Never Do business with this company!!! They do not stand behind their products. A new cartridge failed to print and they said they could not find a recent purchase in their system so there was nothing that they could do. The cartridge had their brand on the side and was full because they weighed it o make sure I had not used it. Regardless they are not to be trusted and I will never darken their door again and hope you will take my advise and stay away.
