I had the pleasure of working with Ms.Nikki BurkHalter today! I have been an off and on customer with State farm for a few years now, and have always experience decent customer service! I now know why I continue to come back to State farm because of outstanding customer service that Nikki has provided for me today! In the process of me getting a quote from Nikki I had gotten quoted from another franchise of State farm for $50 cheaper, but I continued to work with Nikki because of her customer service, ( she was very patience, relatable, funny, kind and efficient), even if I am in a financial crunch I believe great customer service is the reason why I decided to move on with Nikki due to the dollar increased amount, sometimes it doesn't matter about the money when you're getting treated like a diamond! Thank you Nikki for treating me like a valued customer today! You will forever have my business State farm because of employees like Nikki!
