Was unhappy at the place I was going to for the past year and half. Tried this place today and it was great. Great service, very friendly, and the best prices. Really awesome pedicure, she took her time and gave a nice massage. Will be making this my new regular place.

Great nails but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Easily one of the best (skilled) nail salons in Monroe, LA if only you can get past the rudeness & complete lack of manners. The mom & the one guy that works there are nice but the other two are horrible. I even expressed my concerns & let them know that I continue to come back because I love the work they do but it was becoming harder to ignore how rude they were. She giggled & dismissed everything I said. DISGUSTING customer service, but I have nothing bad to say about the work that's done.
