Several weeks before my daughter's wedding, I ordered and paid in full for 4 columns and 1 easel. When we went to pick the order up, they only had 2 columns ready so we had to wait while they dug out two more and of course fill out a new invoice without even an I'm sorry for your time. When our decorater set a hand painted canvas on the easel, the easel (which was well-scratched and worn) fell apart and poked a hole in the canvas. When I told them about it, their attitude was so what? When one of the columns came in, there was some minor damage to the bottom corner. It looked like a dog had chewed it. The column had been in our truck, the church, and back in our truck... We simply cannot think of anyway it could have been damaged unless there church has a guard Chihuahua at night. The lady was extremely angry and of course kept our deposit while not even apologizing for our canvas. My advice is just buy your own stuff at Hobby Lobby and sell it later. But if you do rent, take pictures of everything before you leave the shop with it and kiss your deposit goodbye.
