Horrible Customer Service

I live about 3 hours from my boyfriend so I called in an order for some red roses for him on Valentine's day and they sent him pink roses!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!! I called the company and the OWNER argued with me saying that if pink was written on the order form then I must have requested it. She was not trying to resolve the issue and had a "it's your fault" attitude. So after going back and forth on the phone with her she finally said that he could bring the roses back and they would give him something else (would not even say if it will be roses) but they will not redeliver or pick them up!!!



Customer service is about treating your customers right. That's if it is important to the company to have repeat customers. The owner should have apologized for the mistake and had some red roses redelivered. They could have picked up the pink roses when they delivered the red ones. Instead she offered poor customer service with a snobbish attitude. This company will have to learn the hard way that it's best to treat your customers right because news of bad customer service passes fast!!!
