Very friendly service and great work, had my phone fixed in less than an hour! Couldn't have asked for more!

Phone fell off my truck and shattered. They fixed it the same day. I dont know how they did it because it was destroyed. I'm impressed

This is a fantastic company! I took my iPad Air here a few days ago after taking it to a few other companies that said they weren't capable of repairing it. A friend recommended that I take it to Game Mechanix. I was a little skeptical at first because of a couple of negative reviews. I'm so happy I decided to go there after all. I guess you can't trust everything you read on the internet! I am happy with my experience with Game Mechanix. My iPad looks PERFECT now and it only took a couple of hours!

This company is by far the worst I have ever blog and informed about since I came to live in Monroe. I went to them to have a device repaired (something minor). It should have taken them maybe a few hours to fix if they were not busy that day, but two days later I receive the device in worst shape than before; so I decide to take the device to their other location and once again it took them forever to repair the device and the problems was not resolved. Also both places made it out to be that the manufacturer products are really not all that great and suggest another manufacturer. I contact these companies and informed them on what was going on and they are currently looking into the issue. I send my device to the originally manufacturer and due to the circumstance is in the process of being fixing FREE OF CHARGE. Plus I got a warranty. They told me to for now on with any type of device always send it back to the manufacturer for they know their products better than any outside sources. So that is my advice to people as well for you will whined up paying more than the device is worth getting it repaired. PLEASE AVOID ALL GAME MECHANIX LOCATIONS AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO WASTE.

I took my laptop in to have the fan fixed, which they did but they also called themselves upgrading it but now it won't connect to the internet. I decided to take it back to them but they want to charge me again after I've paid $110!!! I might as well buy another laptop!
