I ordered gorilla axles for my polaris ranger 9-25-14 and was told they would be 3 weeks back order, About 6 weeks went by and no axles so I called and was told they would check and get back with me! Another week goes by so I called again and was told that they would be to my house the next week, another week goes by and no axles still so I call AGAIN and talked to the same lady, all I was asking for was a date I could expect them, I mentioned I was having to borrow a ranger to finish my hunting, and she responded with asking me what I wanted to do, if I wanted to cancel my order and I responded no because I have been waiting almost 2 months now! So I asked AGAIN when I could expect them! She responded by hanging up on me, no apology or attempt to make things right! You claim to have an excellent customer service, does this seem the appropriate action of excellent service? I chose to write you instead of posting on forums, please correct this and make things right ! unsatisfied customer so far Brent Holman
