The experience with this owner started out pleasant but ended poorly. I took a dress to be altered, and Jose pinned the dress to get the correct measurements, but when he cut the dress, he cut way too much off--making the dress so much shorter than it needed to be. He had to get different fabric added to the dress to make up for his mess up. You can clearly see where he messed up--it's noticeable because it's patched up looking. I didn't pay for this level of work. I asked him if he could offer me a discount due to his mistake. He grew angry, he argued with me, and told me he would not do business with me again. I paid him, and he yanked the money out of my hand and shoved my dress to me. I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism when he was the one who messed up. That's not right at all to treat a client this way. I do not recommend. I do not recommend. I do not recommend.
