Buyer Beware!! They will take your money and not provide the service requested. This company was given money on December 6th to engrave my grandmother's name on an existing headstone. My mother was told it would be done in February as they didn't go out to the cemetery until they had two or three headstones to engrave. What?? They can't drive across the bridge to engrave a name until they have two or three? Well February came and went and this company never did the job. My mother was told " you people don't understand, we need two or three days of dry weather to engrave a headstone". Wow, you mean to tell me its rained for three whole months?? The company had until March 1st to complete the work. My mother went and got the money back today as it still wasn't done. No apology, no explanation, nothing!!! How do companies like this stay in business?? Good thing I don't live in town or they would have gotten a piece of my mind.
