The worst part about Regis is that they have to catch retail, answer the phone, and do your hair. Last time I was in there, the manager made the employees stand outside that weren't with clients. She was rude to her employees. She even told me one of them she had a problem with because of an x.

The employees are right out of school because nobody wants to work there.
