Bought a car here, have been back several times to get it worked on or for service. It takes forever to get anything done, and the people are rude. The receptionist hung up on my wife when she called to check on her car. Got my last free service today and it took 3 hours. I would not recommend buying a new car here. I will not do business here again.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Called for a transmission extended warranty and was told I qualify. Waited a week for the appointment and brought it in. 2 days later after no update I finally had to call to get one. I called 10-12 times before I could actually get someone. Then was told I would be called back. Never happened and when I finally did they told me that my mileage made me not eligible for this warranty work. I was again told I would be called back within a couple hours for a quote on a rebuilt transmission. 24 hours later I call 8-10 times again and finally speak with a manager who makes the guy call me. He quotes me this outrageous price and I refuse and offer to pick my vehicle up. When I get there I was greeted with a $145 diagnostic fee that could have been avoided if they would have told me about the mileage restriction up front. When I called again (12times) to get the manager. He says he can't do anything because I had it looked at along with the ac since it was in the shop(also outrageous) price. This place is trying to scam people! Beware of this service department who won't tell you the truth up front, won't call you back, tries to rip you off, and then won't stand behind their mistakes. I would have never brought the vehicle to them if I wood have know about the mileage restriction. BEWARE!!!

The sales staff at Ryan Auto Group was absolutely wonderful. Monty & Caleb worked very hard to make sure that my husband & I drove away in a new truck! Excellent buying experience!!

I live in Dallas but i had plans to visit my family in W Monroe. I had my oil changed before I left and they told me I had a problem with the car but was under warranty and to go through a dealership. In Dallas, there are lots to choose from but none of them could get the job done in time for me to go out of town. Ryan Chevrolet was able to get the part ordered for me in time and did the work while I was in town! It was a wonderful experience. Go see Scott Cole he did a great job!!
