Do yourself a favor and don't rent here. I have been here 3 yrs. AND for my loyality I get a $30 monthly rent increase every year. Like most places, once you fullfill your lease, you can go monthly. Not here, it's an additional $100.00 per month. As I'm turning 62 two months at the end of my 3rd year here, (never once late on my rent), I asked for a two month extension, since I am moving into senior housing. This was granted in the form of the $680 per month rent I was paying, turned into $839.00 a month. Not to mention, I have no pets, this complex rents to pet owners. In June of 2014 I reported a flea infestation in my apt. I was met with the comment "I must have tracked them in". After pointing out since mgnt. chooses to rent to pet owners "it was their responsibility". This was the 2nd week in June. The exterminator came July 28th. I have permanent scars from scratching the many dozens of bites I incurred during those six weeks. Please, look elsewhere !!!!!
