Most unprofessional person I ever had to deal with. Takes extremely long to hem my dress too short and to overcharge me for it. I decided to give her another chance (MISTAKE). I had a last minute dress to be taken out in two days and instead of being nice and saying it couldn't happen she laughed in my face. She thinks it is appropriate to laugh at a customer's question and make them feel stupid. Such a rude person and will never be back. If you need something done quickly and for a reasonable price, do NOT go here. She just belittles people and thinks she is the only seamstress in town. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE.

Went in to have a jacket fixed great job. Very nice staff and had great pricing I have went back several times since to get clothes done.

Called to see if I could get a base price on alterations for a bridesmaid dress. Shirley was very rude and said she couldn't say anything until she saw the dress. Said "it could be 100 different things" and basically dismissed me. Not helpful at all.

Brought in a custom swimsuit ordered from a boutique that needed re-sewn. She assured me that she could fix it and make it right. The stitching was completely messed up and it was gathered in some places then not in others. I would have sent it back and got my money back had I known that she would not be able to sew it back together correctly. She stated that she said it was going to be that way (don't remember her stating that she was going to sew crooked seams and bunch up parts of the fabric) Would not refund my money. Very rude about it. Do not plan on doing business there ever again.
