If you are looking for a competent, prepared and versatile attorney you need to search no further. Literally, within a week my papers were filed and I had a court date set. He is no push over in the court room, and knows his law! I didn’t feel rushed during my first consultation or any other appointments. He was very engaging. Attorney Martin showed genuine concern for me. His staff (Ms. BJ and Ms. Kathy) are gems and deserve a shout out!!!! They are extremely professional and personable. Attorney Todd Martin doesn’t just cater to a certain clientele or demographic...he’s an all-around cultured Attorney! I bless him, his staff and his family!

Worst experience ever, I was warned by other clients but I didnt listen. I ended up paying more than discussed ( hidden fees ). BEFORE I paid him he seemed to be so interested and determined to seek justice, AFTER I paid him he started lying, and didnt spend any time investigating my case. I tried assist him and research and gather paperwork for him , hoping to boost his moral, which was pointless. He advertises Monday-Friday which is a lie. On Monday's he comes in late. Tuesday's & Thursday's he claim to be in court all day ( which I personally proved to be a lie) and every Friday he was either out of town or at the baebee shop. I was given appointments by him that wasnt honored. I'm sure at some point he wanted justice for all but my personal experience, his focus was on new clients ( quantity over quality ). I witnessed his secretaries tell people that called for him that he wasnt in the office which was lie. He promised me an appeal after he lost a case that was for sure to win being that my opponent had a child endangerment charge. The divorce took lo for than a year !!!! Documents that he " claimed" to be working so hard on wasnt prepared correctly, grammatical errors and wrong information ' because he rushed through it. I am currently saving for another/ better attorney, one that actually cares and is committed to his work and not just collecting payments. ..and I have every email, phone conversation. Text message etc. To prove I am not lying.....
