Been a patient since I was a kid but no longer. I walked into the waiting area and it was nasty and dirty the walls and the chairs where dirty. A women behind the counter was rude to the receptionist and insulted me (I don't think she new I could here her). The nurse that seen me didn't know how to put the blood pressure cuff on me. Next a very rude and snotty nurse practitioner came in the room and talked to me like I was an idiot. I never seen the doctor and was never told that I wouldn't be seeing the doctor. From the time I called and made the appointment to the time I walked out the door I was never once asked why I was there or why I made the appointment, which I was dumb founded by. The doctor is great but if this is how I am goin to be treated I will not go back.
