Called for a quote. Hard to get through and when I did the agent took forever to get to me and when she did she was beyond rude when I told her I had 2 quotes for much less. Very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed in her treatment of potential customers.

I have been with Chris Muzzy State Farm since 2009 and I recently leased a car and prior to that I had my other car with her. Her staff was very pleasant and answered all my questions and I had my proof of insurance at the dealership within minutes. The transaction from my old car to my new leased car was smooth and transparent. I also have a life insurance policy with Chris. I have family that also have all their insurance coverage with Chris Muzzy. I would definitely recommend Chris and her staff to anyone.

Very poor service and unbelievably unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Chris Muzzy to anyone. I sell cars for a living. My nephew came to buy a car from me on Tuesday and happened to have this insurance agent. When we went to add this car to his insurance two things happened: First, it took 45 minutes before someone answered the phone and two, I found out his current cost for his old 2003 Ford Taurus. They had been charging him about 40.00 too much based on his age and EXCELLENT credit score. This threw up a red flag to me, plus remember this is MY FAMILY MEMBER. I told the agent that current amount seemed grossly high and in the same breath I told my nephew if they do not give you a quote worthy of your credit I will recommend other insurance companies. Well now here is the fantastical part...wait for it. Chris Muzzy herself came to my dealership the next day to attempt to get me fired for telling my to switch if they didn't come through with a fair price. Ego or just mean?
