Me and my fiance met with The Flower Market in January 2013 put down a deposit for our wedding in May, and went over all of the flowers we wanted for our wedding. For Valentine's day my fiance ordered from The Flower Market flowers from our wedding selection we chose. In March my fiance went back again and ordered flowers from our wedding selection we chose again for my birthday. My wedding is in 4 days now and my Church wedding coordinator reached out to finalize delivery time for the flowers. So The Flower Market told her he was unsure if we still wanted him to do our wedding flowers because he had not heard from us. Then I received a call stating that even though we put down a deposit our flowers were not ordered because The Flower Market stated they did not know what we wanted and our final payment was due a week ago. No one ever called me, he said he told me in January 2013 that payment was due 2 weeks before the wedding but, then stated he did not have a phone number for me, I am also in the phone book! I cannot believe The Flower Market would do this to anyone planning a Wedding or any other event. It is very unfortunate, I have lived locally for 16 years and have always ordered flowers there or had flowers delivered from there. Never Again, I cannot believe after I put down a deposit and my fiance had been in there twice and provided his phone number twice that something like this happened. Stay Away, very unreliable!!
