When we moved in we did not get the option of choosing a home, they determined what we could afford and placed us in the highest priced, brand new home so we had to pay $$$ to have all of the utilities hooked up. The yard was a mess with pc's of broken wood, screws, nails and other trash. They never bothered to clean up the yard after they moved the home on to the lot. Seven months later, 10 requests and we are still waiting for it to be cleaned and various repairs to be done. $900.00 a month in rent with very little in return. Management is lazy to say the least and puts very little effort in to helping you once they get you in the door.

I lived here for 5 years and moved almost 5 years ago. My lot rent went up every year I was there n when I moved was at $431 a month, there was rarely a security officer and my car was broken into more than once as well as my home being broke into during the middle of the day while I was at work. The playground was under construction and no pool or anything extra to explain the high rent. I've been in my new place almost 5 years now and have security watching the community at night, a pool in the summer and a park for my son to play at. I feel safer where I live now and my lot rent where I am now is still $36 less than when I left meadowbrook. I always worried about my car and house being broken into while I was sleeping or working and the size of my lot was half the size of my lot now!! Considering the high rent and no amenities to compensate for it I'm happy I left there and found a nice quiet friendly community to live in that's much much nicer than meadowbrook

I would never live there based on how rude they were over the phone.
