The staff at the Monroe office are rude, always in a rush to get you out. Not taking the time to address my financial needs. I have been a member at Carolina Cooperative for well over 20 years, always been treated great until the management staff turn over at this branch, last year. (2010) Thinking of changing to State Employees Credit Union.
