Provided by YP.comAvoid this place like I did for years now. They have very very bad customer services especially that Hispanic girl with the mean attitude/ looks. They treat you like a criminal or a illegal immigrant, check your ID, bags, etc. plus you have to pay admission and no smile. There's plenty of other salvage yards that will treat you with respect. I've been with Don's when they were near the I-485 exit and the old Monroe location. Don, success went past your head! Treat your customers with respect and get rid of those girls or teach them some manners! I've got tons of friends complaining about them too and they hitting other junkyards!

If you need a patt they have a car ,, u PAY to get in look for the part on the car take it off go to the window pay for it you gone. That's how simple it is, these people are not there to help you look for parts
Also it's a business and they must make a profit or they would fail to exists, so if you pay to go in did not find the part, entrance fee is none refundable, also if you return a part, you will receive a credit , towards the purchase of future parts, keep your receipts.
I'm thinking about opening a junkyard and implementing those same policies.
And come on the Puerto Rican girl there is hot.
And also very friendly and know what she's about.
Just go with a positive mind set and you'll receive likewise results. I bring More love in the world

Provided by YP.comDon's auto parts they don't care about customers satisfaction, they sell out bad parts and they never like replace for good part or they don't give the money back, they don't want to refund any money but when they want to sell you a part they make to many promise wish they don't keep and what they do is simple don't pick the phone, if y hey pick the phone, they transfer to anyone voice mail. I have bad experience with them and I don't recommend to purchase any parts from them, if you need a part, go to any oth er junk jard but don't get parts from dons auto part or weaver auto part, they are same place.

Provided by YPmobileIf you want to be treated like a five star hotel this is not the place however if you looking parts at a cheap price than you are in the right place . The help could be more friendly but I go for parts they do not really know if they have the part you looking for you need to go look for your self. I like this Dons get two thumbs up from me

I've been there several times over the years in both the current location and the location down from 485 and in both locations I was disrespected and rude to and even laughed at when I said what kind of car I had. Told the manager to his face I'd never ever be back. It's worth the further drive to the Pull a Part in Charlotte NC. Going over tomorrow in fact.

Provided by YP.comthis place sucks. I called to see if they had a specific vehicle and the lady at the front instantly said "NO" and hung up the phone. I got the impression that she was rude and she was just too lazy to check. My opinion, fire the scum. I would do a better job than that. And when I visited, she acted as she didn't know what a smile was. In a job surrounding, you are to greet your customers with a smile and ask "how may I help you." She just sat there as if she hated her job. Lady, if you read this, quit your dang job and give it to me. I would love and appreciate a job right now and greet every costumer with a smile.

Provided by YPmobileI called to see if they had a part and the girl that answered the phone just immediately said no they wouldn't have anything like that. She didn't even check. I was told to contact them because they would have the part. I guess she was just too lazy to do her job.
