He has been my doctor a little over 5 years he always listens to what I need to tell him about my conditions and then he gives his insight on what I need to do or what I can do to make it better Dr.Velasco listens and he doesn't try to make you feel like you've done something wrong I don't want any other doctor wherever he goes I'm going to follow I just trust my care with him

I give them no stars!!!! I had been a patient there over 2 years. My doctor left in December and I started seeing Kelly Redden. She took away medicine I have been on for years and told me I had to go to this Dr n that Dr for medicine I had been receiving at this office over 2 years. I have an inverted spine and my discs in my back are crunched together. She took away my pain medications and said I had to go to a pain clinic. I'm self pay and I don't have money growing in trees!! Well next up my nerve meds. I was getting one that I had to take 4 times a day. I lost my husband in 2003 and that's when I got put on them but also for palpation. She first said she wasn't going to write those either , but then decided if I go to 90 a month she would write them. I lost my mom almost 2 years ago it was horrible my nerves are worse. I go see her last month only for her to tell me now she wasn't gonna write them anymore either. I mean its pityful. Why be a doctor if you don't care about your patient!!! My blood pressure was also high and she did nothing about that either. Doctors just don't care anymore these days. I know people are robbing pharmacies and things like that, but people like me who really need medication to be able to try and at least enjoy life get held responsible for what others are doing and that's not right! Wish she would have at least took the time to ask me about my back situation or my nerve problems before she stripped me of my medication. Don't go here doctors will not help you unless you need a bandaid!!!!

Horrible. After being a patient for years they lost one doctor and went completely down the tubes. Now you get to see a 20 something NP who makes decisions for you, takes away meds, doesn't talk to you about anything, no discussion at all about your health and well being, and makes you wait two weeks for blood work results even though the result are in, still doesn't bother to call or mail results. Do not go here. Time for a new doctor.

Hour after my appointment time and still no doctor. But I've heard all the jokes and about the staffs weekends and families. Unbelievable. If I ran a business like this I'd be broke
