He answered the phone on Sunday night.

Asked me what the waterheater was size etc. Also asked what my well water was like. It turns out some waterheaters were better suited than others for water with calcium. I know it seemed like I changed the elements in my old heater every 2 years and had to dip out the old calcium mud everytime. It also ran all the time and seemed to be pretty warm to the touch on the outside.

He said he would be by next afternoon after he picked up a replacement. I told him that would be fine since my old one was still sort of working.

He brought out a really nice Rheem to replace my 10 year old unit. I checked on line and found that this was one of the ones with energy saving and something about a resistored element that would help with sediment. His price for installation and the unit was less than several online websites would sell me the unit only for. I still had to install it.

He also installed the drip pan and piped it.

The first thing i notice about this one is it isn't even warm on the outside and the water is much hotter. I recommend him if you need any plumbing and will use him again.
