Cancelled at the last minute several times & would promise to provide information re yard products to be used before applying to the yard & then not deliver the information, so treatment was not performed. Also paid for work to be done several months ago that has not yet been completed. I have asked several times when it will be completed & a date is set, but then moved again either right before the date or in the date.

They seem to go a good job for a reasonable price, but they rarely answer the phone and do not have voice mail. So, it is hard to schedule or reschedule. I would say for every 10 times you call, you will get a live person once or twice. They also did not show up once when scheduled. they were apologetic, but I had cut the grass and it was a perfect day for the them to apply fertilzer and pre-emergent.
