Amazing customer service. Imperial stone has done my kitchen and 3 bathrooms and i have no complaints. They were punctual, friendly, and had tge best prices around . I would recommend them to anyone. My Grandparents just had their kitchen and bathrooms redone last thanksgiving by Imperial Stone. If your looking for granite these guys are definitely the people to go too. Thanks

They cracked the granite, admitted it was their fault, but refused to fix it unless I paid them more money! In October 2010, I hired Imperial Stone to fabricate and install granite countertops in my home. Immediately after the counters were installed I noticed a very obvious 4 ft long crack parallel to the edge of the counter, along the front of the sink. According to at least one other granite fabricator, these cracks can occur if the steel rod (commonly used to support the stone between the sink and the edge of the counter) is installed incorrectly. It can be safely assumed that Imperial Stone was aware of the crack prior to installation - which means that they decided to install the cracked stone anyway to ensure they got paid before I became aware of it. Upon being informed of the crack, they immediately stopped answering my phone calls, and refused to call me back for up to a week at a time. With each phone call several days to a week would go by before they would call back, and then only after I left numerous messages at two different phone numbers and sent several emails. After more than 4 weeks chasing the owner (Tony), and politely requesting that they fix their error, he admitted that he simply "did not make enough money on the job" and therefore could not afford to come fix their own mistake. He told me that the only way he would come replace the cracked stone was if I paid an additional $350 - or half the cost of the repair! Imperial Stone did not stand behind the quality of their work, and the quality of their work was extraordinarly poor. They were dishonest, and outright deceitful in their dealings with me. I so not recommend anyone does business with this company.
