Staff was very rude and very unprofessional to my elderly mother. On another occasion I called to inquire about puppy training and they told me they were too busy call back later..... I will not be going back to monroe

I have bought freshwater fish numerouse times at this store, and all the time their fish have different kind of diseases that make my whole aquarium sick, and I end up loosing most of my fish. when I come there, to buy the fish, the tanks have stacks of dead fish that are floating around, with noone taking the time to take the dead fish out. Disgusting!!

I've learned my lesson, and won't buy there any more. I'm going to return the last two fish I bought there (four days ago), and will have to treat my whole aquarium for mouth fungus and gill fluke!!

I would not recommend buying fish at this petsmart store. Theire fish are 95% always sick, and will make the rest of your fish sick. They need to keep their tanks cleaner, and better taken care of.
