Provided by YP.comWaited a month during the summer for repairs to the AC unit only to have it break again 2 weeks later. We spent another 2 weeks without air. All due to the owner insisiting on waiting for the warranty company. The owner and the management company were extremelly rude and told us we cannot hire anyone else or we would have to pay for it. So we slept downstairs on air mattresses for over a month! Upon moving out we had the carpets and the house professionally cleaned. We had nail holes which is normal wear and tear but we did offer to fill them. The owner told us no but charged is $330 anyways. When I got upset Stephanie told me to pop something and calm down. Wow so professional! I have pictures and videos...also tickets that we put in for repairs to prove all of this.
We took very good care of the house and were very well liked by the neighbors. When asked to stay and renew our lease I wanted to laugh...not a chance! Do not rent from these people!
Oh and they will say I was being a princess...really? We put three tickets in the entire time we lived there...we knew we had to fix it ourselves or wait a month!

They screened tenants to get the best fit and quality for the unit owner and occupant. You would have to travel VERY far to acquire as skilled a team as they have.
