I had a great experience with my recent purchase. The manager Shontae was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. She took up time and answered my questions and helped me to also find the perfect band to make my set exactly what I wanted!!! Will definitely do business there again!!

Today I decided to go to the Monroe location found in the Monroe crossing mini-mall looking for a business that could take the links out of my 5 metal based watches. I stopped by Saslow's and spoke with the representative who spent over 30 minutes helping me and giving me great service and a smile the entire time. I also looked around at the other items of jewelry and found that they had many other items I may purchase in the near future and I will definitely be back. Thank you for an incredible experience and I thank you.

There's one lady with spikes hair there who always gives me attitude and loves to make me try to seem wrong. They're not professional. It took weeks for their jeweler to turn on a welder and weld my ring together because of a minor break and I still had to pay 50 dollars. Do not do business with them unless you like to wait forever for simple fixes!
