I shopped at this store about a week before Thanksgiving, where I put a deposit down a gown they had there. The young lady that assisted me was very nice and told me that if I wanted another dress that the owner may of had I could put the money towards another dress there. I signed a form there regarding their policy and the young lady stated she would make sure it would be noted on the policy I signed. My main mistake was not making sure she did , taking time to read the entire policy,and getting a copy of their policy. Once again my mistake. When I called back a gentleman answered and I told him what had been told to me by the young lady. He replied that she didn't inform him about that when they reported off to each other. I called again today and informed the gentleman which is the owners husband that I no longer wanted the dress and wanted to spend the money in the store. I wasn't requesting a refund. Long story short the money is nonrefundable even if I wish to spend it on something else in their store. I informed him that I didn't have a copy of the policy so that's why I was asking. I'm not discouraging anyone from shopping there but please be aware of stores

policies. Planning any type of event you can find yourself excited, overwhelmed, etc and do things much quicker or without a clear or full understanding. Again my fault. To any future bride please make sure when a person in a store tells you they will do something that they do and get copies of policies then so you know what to expect. This is the main reasons that I am giving this store 3 stars. Responsibility falls on myself as well as the store. I hope this store cotinues to be blessed.
