Worst car service, I just waited 40 minutes in the cold for them to send me a Taxi to Chester NY.
I keep using them simply because they're local and 'somewhat' cheap.
the wait time is always terrible

The owner hung up on me 3 times. The taxi left without because I was taking too long. Never again!! They were awful human beings.

Tried using this company to go to Newark Airport and it was absolutely horrible. Made my reservation on a Tuesday, gave them all my info, was told I would get a call the day before to reconfirm... well, day before trip never received a confirmation call, then when I called they had no idea they were supposed to pick me up the next day! Next day arrives and had to wait 40 minutes after set time. Dispatcher had no idea they were supposed to pick me up. It was utterly the worst experience.
