It was very hard to get in touch with him after a diagnosis was made and a deposit was taken. I'm hoping this review helps him improve.

Doug the owner misdiagonosed what was wrong with my dishwasher, would never call me and keep me updated on the new part, and after waiting 7 days from the time he said it would be in and not hearing from him, once again I had to call him. When I questioned him on his new arrival time of the part he immediately blew up, told me not to yell at him and to go buy a new dishwasher!! The most unprofessional business owner I've ever encountered!! Dont use!!



If it let me give no stars, I would have!!
