Cecilia cuts, colors and straightens my hair and does a wonderful job. She is cheerful, skilled and listens to what I want. The salon is very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend going there.

Cecelia's is the best shop around, you can walk in, or call in an emergency, they are very happy to take you right in... Pleasant staff, clean and convenient for me.... Christine is wonderful too..... proud to sign my name, Maryann Moytzoyrellhs long time client....

I have know Cecillia for many years followed her from Plainsboro to East Windsor to her own store and owner in Monroe. Nice person and always to please when cutting your hair. The best around.Highly reccomended

I got my hair color at this salon. All my friends complimented me on it. They did a superb job. I loved it; highly recommend to everyone in the area.

I took my 2 kids to this salon, and they did a great job. The place is gorgeous, very clean, very reasonable prices too.The staff is very friendly. Finally a good salon in Monroe.

You would be better off having your child plop a bowl on your head and cut your hair. But worse is that they don't know the difference between blonde and dark brown. They don't even acknowledge they made a mistake and when I asked for my money back they refused. If you are looking for cheap you can do better elsewhere and still get good service.
