I’d like to give Mr Cerri million stars. I had an emergency to leave NJ. I gave Mr Cerri power of attorney. His integrity and sincerity is impeccable. He not only handled the buyer and the realtor on my behalf at the closing table, he called me from there every 10 min to confirm from me. What a great professional person. I was far far away but he acted perfectly ver professionally on my behalf and sent every single penny after the sale of my property.
Mr Cerri also performed as my attorney to complete my Will /Testament when I was in NJ.
His professional fees were very very reasonable for both cases.

Mr. Cerri helped us with the purchase/closing of our home. He charged one flat fee--no extra costs for phone calls or unexpected problems. He is very fair, down to earth and realistic. In addition, he always answered our e-mails and returned phone calls in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend him.
