I brought my son to this office because he was complaining of the toothache had to take him out of school Dr. Batra did some treatment on him and she said he should be fine but the next day he was still in pain and I had to take him out again from school and when the teacher asked me who's your son's doctor I said Dr. Batra she said never ever go to see this doctor again

This dentist in only trying to get the most $$ out of her patients. She gives conflicting information about the procedures and when you ask her to explain something she gets annoyed. They don't even have a hygienist, everything is done by a very incompetent and highly distracted dentist. This place is very unorganized , they rescheduled my appointment three times!!!! Just find your self another dentist and make sure you did your homework before you go.. I would never recommend these guys to anyone.

My personal experience with the dentist and certain staff members has left me to believe there is a lack of competence and professionalism that exists. My appointment was moved multiple times, missed diagnosis, they tried to bill me for the procedures that were not done and provided no help with the insurance.Will not recommend!!!

I have seen all three doctors at this office, and I have to say they are all amazing. Each one of them spent more than ample time with me; whether that was for a routine visit or for an emergent situation. The one time I was there, for a root canal to save my tooth,the doctor spent 2 hours with me. The insurance company would have rather me to get the tooth pulled but the amazing office manager fought with them to get the procedure approved. That is just one example of how great they are there . I can not express how grateful I am to not only the doctors at this office, but the office manager who always goes above and beyond her job for her patients and their care.

Very bad experience. Dr Batra always seemed to be on the phone. In every visit I always felt I was rushed. Doctor does not spend enough time with patient even though the waiting room is empty. She was very rough and not at all neat and clean during the procedures, my whole outfit got ruined! I will not recommend this Dentist to anyone.

Doctor Ruchi Batra and her staff including the office manager have been more then helpful for me and my family. They are very professional and deal with every issue i have with dental work being done. I am one of the pains that hate anything in my mouth and Dr. Batra and her assistant De anna go out of thier way to make me comfortable and keep me calm. They have even gotten me in for emergency work done sometimes same day if it is in normal hours. If it is not i call and leave a message and within 30 mins i get a call back. If i could rate them higher then 5 stars i would.

i seen dr batra in may and had a wonderful experience. she got me in right away and her staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. she took care of my problem tooth that day. i even left a message with a concern about the treatment after care after office hours and the staff called me right back!
