Took the time to explain how I wanted my dog trimmed, she had a long maintained coat. When I came to pick my dog up she had been completely shaved except her tail and ears. Numerous places with 1-1/2 tufts of hair sticking out of the all over shave. The worst job I have ever seen. I was expecting her to take her time and do a good job and it looks like she hurried. Anyone could just shave a dog like this. I have never seen anyone shave all the hair off the face- really awful
